HR Manager

The Omkar Group is looking for an experienced HR Manager to lead HR operations across its projects in Kolkata. The ideal candidate should have strong exposure to the construction, infrastructure, or engineering industry and be capable of independently managing site and project HR activities.

The role involves manpower planning, recruitment, labour and contractor management, payroll and attendance coordination, statutory compliance, employee relations, grievance handling, HR MIS, policy implementation, and process development.

Candidates with 8+ years of relevant HR experience and a practical understanding of project and site HR operations will be preferred. This opportunity is suitable for an HR professional who can effectively manage workforce requirements while supporting the organisation's ongoing business and project growth.

Minimum 8.0 years - Maximum 10.0 years of relevant experience required.
