HR Manager

Bhagya Traders is urgently looking for an experienced HR professional for its head-office operation in Guwahati. The opening is focused particularly on recruitment, making it suitable for HR Executives or Managers who have at least three years of hands-on experience sourcing candidates and managing hiring requirements. The selected professional will be expected to identify suitable candidates, support recruitment requirements across the organisation and coordinate different stages of the hiring process. As the employer operates within infrastructure and project execution, candidates comfortable recruiting technical, construction and operational manpower could have an advantage. A graduate qualification is accepted, while an MBA in Human Resources is also suitable. Immediate availability appears to be preferred.
