Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented *Recruiter* with *2–4 years of experience* to join our team in *Whitefield, ITPL, Bengaluru*. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment and the ability to source quality candidates across various domains.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
* Understand hiring requirements and coordinate with hiring managers.
* Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels.
* Screen and shortlist candidates based on role requirements.
* Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and stakeholders.
* Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
* Handle salary negotiations and offer closures.
* Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure timely updates.
* Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.

Required Skills:

* 2–4 years of experience in recruitment (IT recruitment experience preferred).
* Strong sourcing skills using job portals and LinkedIn.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to manage multiple positions in a fast-paced environment.
* Good negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
* Proficiency in MS Excel and recruitment tools.
