Compliance and Labor Laws

Ensuring compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
Managing statutory requirements such as PF, ESI, gratuity, and other employee benefits (where applicable).

Training and Development

Identifying training needs.
Coordinating workshops and skill development programs.
Tracking employee training records.

Required Skills:

Communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of HR practices and labor laws.
Proficiency in MS Office and HR software.
Organizational and problem-solving abilities.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
