Donato Technologies is also seeking an experienced US IT Recruiter for its Visakhapatnam team. The position focuses on identifying and engaging suitable technology professionals while managing recruitment requirements through the complete hiring lifecycle. Candidates should possess strong sourcing and screening capabilities and have practical experience using LinkedIn, recruitment portals and proactive talent-sourcing techniques. The recruiter will coordinate with candidates and internal hiring stakeholders, maintain active candidate pipelines and work toward defined recruitment targets and timelines. Applicants should be comfortable managing multiple requirements in a fast-moving staffing environment. The company is particularly interested in immediate joiners and candidates with short notice periods. The interview process consists of virtual and in-person stages.

Minimum 5.0 years - Maximum 6.0 years of relevant experience required.
